I started using WorkFlowly in Chrome and I havent looked back yet. Super happy that it is available for iOS. Try using WorkFlowly for about a week and youll be hooked on how organized you can be.

I often get tempted by new to-do apps that pop up -- but always end up coming back to Workflowy. Its simple, but flexible and really does mirror my own thought process. I cant wait to see how it develops. Thanks for making such an awesome app!
Quite possibly the best productivity app I have purchased in the last few years. Breathtakingly simple, powerful, and the sync across multiple devices makes it a must-have for all note-taking and outline-creating
As an engineering student I need to do projects without too much helps from others. This app helps me to follow a design process when I work on project. It also helps a lot when I do multitasks school works and let me manage my time in an excellent way! I love this app and thanks to the developer!
The app description doesnt bother mentioning that the app is a frontend for a web service and that it cant be used without an account. Scummy.
Such a great tool if youre suffering from scatteredbrainitis LOL. So easy to use and very useful. This is my brain dump!
Be upfront with your costs, and bring your costs down. $50 per year for power users is a deal breaker for me. I will look elsewhere and will not tell others about the service.
WorkFlowy may not look fancy but it easily helps me prepare lists and then move items around as I prioritize my tasks. Keep up the good work.
It doesnt have the smooth functionality of some of the many to-do list apps that Ive tried, but the hierarchical structuring of tasks gives it an absolute advantage over the rest. The problem with to do list apps is they keep your focus near-sighted, which basically puts you into "put out fires" mode. Workflowy allows you to build strategies that reach as far into the future as you wish to go. The best app to plan your life.
Yay, a todo app that I can actually implement into my day to day!
I have recently discovered WorkFlowy. Although I do not use it as much on my iPhone as on my Mac. It is the type of software that the more you use it the more you wonder how you ever functioned without it. For full use it requires a subscription but I feel it is it is worth it.
Ive tried many GTD type task and workflow managers, this has been one of the easiest and most used. Bit the problem with Nozbe and the like is that if you are even slightly less diligent, a mind dump can result in an unwieldy INBOX. Workflowy forces you to organize more immediately, jumping around in various lists to pre-sort. The desktop web-based version is better and easier to use than the iPad version. Its tempting to jump into tagging, but even that adds an unnecessary level of complexity to what should be and mostly is a get it out of your mind and into a list tool. I would add a few things if I could; - some ability to use colours arbitrarily for "at a glance" personal classifications, - possibly some automated AI for embedded dates, - the ability to have relational lists and list items (List items that can live in more than one list at a time, when deleted or completed in one list they complete in another.) - and lastly an archiving utility to offload completed items (rather than just hide them) so they dont clutter the current list item, but are still searchable by filter for future reference.
Workflowy is my most important organizational tool; lagging behind only email and my calendar. Its great because of all the things it doesnt do. Opinionated software FTW!
It is truly the best!!!
Best tool Ive used for list management, brainstorming, mindmapping, and note-taking. I love software that stays out of your way while it gets the job done !
Its a nice no-fuss app and does everything I could ask for. The only thing is the user interface isnt as friendly as it could be. It feels more like a mobile-optimized web page than an app. The most annoying quirk is the split-second delay of the top bar when you scroll up, which is very distracting and takes away from the overall quality feeling of the app.
Allowed me to get notes down quick and sort through them with ease.
most used app i have day in day out without question..
Combined with the always synced desktop web app I am now an unstoppable idea-capturing, note-taking, project-organizing machine. Thank you.
After trying many notes apps and many more task apps I have realized that I always had the best setup with only WorkFlowy. Fantastic and flexible.
