I use it to organize & edit my many to do lists, to plan out a schedule with all my routines for the day & by week, (including my pets routines). I have recently started using it for meal planning. You might as well say Work Flowy has become my little daily planner. And it doesnt weigh a thing.

I have to create an account and submit my email address just to use the app? No thanks, theres other outliner apps that do the same thing as this but dont need my info to do it.

It takes a while to get used to using this app mainly because there is so little structure to the app and you really need to figure out how you can use it personally this however is an extremely positive aspect of the app because there are so many variations by which can be used to fit peoples differing thinking styles

So simple yet so powerful. Helps me to triage ruthlessly and focus. Works offline, syncs with web app. Definitely with the download. This is, literally, my favourite app.

Amazing app. Lets me organize my whole life into one note taking system, and doesnt try to be flashy. Cant wait to see where it goes.

The best app for so many purposes

Brilliant app, combining functionality and minimalism. It has more functions than any other app Ive tried, and the lack of UI clutter makes it faster and easier to work with nested lists and other functions. As Im using it on an iPhone 5s, screen space is my number one priority, and this solves it completely.

I can see the potential for this app, with its minimalist user interface. But I found the absence of key features to be too disturbing for me. For example, I expected these obvious features to be there, and they were not: – Saving outlines to individual files – Drag up-and-down to reorder bullets – Drag left and right to set indentation I think this app has a long ways to go before it can be a decent outlining tool, or a list management tool.

This is a really important app for me. I use it everyday for hours planning brainstorming taking notes. I like the minimalist design however it lacks some really basic functions. No customization other than the 2fonts that you can able to chose from. Web app and monile app is different (on web + - buttons are on left side and opposite on mobile app) doesnt make sense. I guess also Stared page is also not available on IOS. There should be some shortcuts above the keyboard, at least and Indent button! Its inconvenient to type on the bottom of the screen and clicking the indent button on the upper left corner, just inconvenient. It doesnt counts as a "native app" even web app is more capable/easy to use.

I love workflowy. Have been using it in the office for over a year and we literally couldnt live without it. This is a must-have for anyone who enjoys making lists, and the ability to share with others is the easiest Ive ever come across. The app itself isnt quite as robust as the website, but Im such an advocate for the service that Im willing to overlook some of the functionality flaws. I wont even tell you what they are because though it may annoy me, I wouldnt want to negatively influence you before you can form an opinion. Try it first, youll love it.

When this app lets me use it, its an essential part of my work day. But I use SwiftKey and now it just crashes every time I try to type. I can navigate through the app just fine but as soon as the keyboard tried to come up it crashes. Time and time again. Very frustrating. I havent found any other way to submit a support request so Im using this review.

This is a very simple app. Just a list that can be zoomed in and out of. I really like this because its easy to use. A lot of apps tend to have a steep learning curve which is fine if you want to invest a lot of time into them. I like that all of my devices sync up to the same database, which makes it easy to keep my thoughts in the same place. Well done!

I really like that the app UI is very consistent with the browser version. Other apps should learn from this..

Im a person who loves productivity Apps, and this one I use every day! Its a simple, minimalistic, yet powerful way to organize things and get things done. Thanks Workflowy! Please dont complicate such a good thing you got going!

I like this app. Its helpful to organize whats on my mind. And, this app works as a todo list as well. Almost perfect except one thing. I want to change the font size. Thats all.
